Soft Surrender – Embodied Breathwork for Emotional Release with Leonie & Clara

In this workshop, we give you an introduction to connected breathwork. We begin with a calming Yin Yoga practice designed to open the body and create space for the breath.
Following the Yin Yoga practice, we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey. With a connected, continuous breathing pattern, you’ll have the opportunity to access deeper layers of emotional release. Connected breathing helps you stay present while softening the mind, allowing emotions to surface and be processed with ease. The breath becomes an anchor, guiding you into a space of surrender.
During the breathwork journey, you will lie down comfortably while being guided by calming music that supports the process. The experience is facilitated by two experienced yoga teachers and certified breath therapists with expert knowledge in the fields of breath and voice, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for your journey.
This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of experience.
Please note: There are certain contraindications for this practice. If you are currently in psychological treatment, please discuss your participation with your therapist. If you experience panic attacks, this type of breathing might be overwhelming for you.
