Yoga of Drawing – Lines of Union – Workshop with Shiran
28.06 14:15-17:15
Have you ever stopped to wonder why you gave up drawing?
In this workshop, we’ll return to drawing not as a skill to perfect, but as a mindful practice–a way to connect with ourselves, with what we see around us, and the present moment.
Through combining gentle movement, meditation, and guided pencil sketching exercises focused on observation, we’ll open space to notice, slow down, and rediscover drawing as a form of quiet attention and connection.
No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to see differently.
Shiran is an artist and yoga + drawing instructor living in Berlin.
„The connection between yoga and drawing revealed itself to me early in my journey with yoga and its philosophy. I began to see how both practices help us look more clearly—at ourselves, at reality—and how they can bring a sense of unity and presence to parts of us that once felt isolated, unseen, stuck, or misunderstood.
For me, combining these two worlds has been a deeply healing process—one that supported me through challenges like autoimmune illness and eating disorders, and continues to bring clarity, connection, and growth into my life.“
