Dynamic Flow & Pranayama
The first half of this class will be dedicated to an Ashtanga inspired flow preparing body and mind / the nervous system/ for the more subtle practice of Pranayama.
In the second part there will be Pranayama practice.
In Pranayama we use our breath to work with prana – the vital force, which moves through us.
The goal is to still the mind and maybe release stuck energy.
Depending on the class different techniques , mostly based on classical yoga texts will be practiced.
