Liquid Flow is a 90-minute vinyasa practice focused on making the transitions between yoga positions increasingly progressive and thus creating a more fluid experience. Various choreographed sequences are practiced multiple times: each time exploring the individually available range of movement, energy, focus and breath. Strength-building and flexibility-enhancing – we sway, bow, bend and turn between well-known asanas.
A cyclical flow emerges composed of vertical, sitting and horizontal elements. Balancing and restorative sections weave the sequences together – thus enhancing the sensation of fluid transitioning between activity (yang) and relative stillness (yin).
