Okinaga Breath & Gong with Paloma
Okinaga is also known as the „Ninja´s mindfulness breath“.
A Unique blend of mental focus, prolonged silent breathing, awareness to the entire body and visualisation in unison with the universe.
This art of extending our exhale, will be performed seated for about 20 min, allowing you to drift into Alpha and Theta brain-waves states, where the body can relax and restore.
The deep and gentle sound of the Gong will be guiding you during the breath-work and afterward for the total relaxation.
BREATH : This breathing technique is safe for everyone and can be adapted to your own pace.
GONG : If you are in your first month of pregnancy, wearing hearing aids or having sound induced epilepsy it isn´t recommended to attend a Gong bath.
