With over twelve years of dedicated practice, I have cultivated a deep and enduring connection to Yoga, which has by now completely merged into my daily life. My journey began with the precision and structure of Iyengar, which provided a strong foundation of discipline and alignment when I needed it the most. This soon merged with the dynamic and detoxing practice of Ashtanga, challenging me to blend stamina with spiritual depth.
I believe that the practice is ever-changing, continuously supporting us through various life phases and challenges. As I transform, my practice has transformed with me. Yoga has been a constant dialogue with the experience of life in my body. Today, my focus lies in Tantric Vinyasa, an integrative approach that puts focus on breath, asana, vibration and meditation. I have also become a sound facilitator for performances and meditations.
I like to think of the practice as a way to renew our energetic fields, boosting the flow of energy in our bodies, creating space for whatever there is to come, infusing our days with purpose and presence. As a practitioner and teacher, my goal is to share this powerful tool with others, helping them to find the same sense of clarity and joy that yoga has brought to my own life.
