The yoga praxis is a movement medicine. It brings flexibility to the body so the mind becomes flexible as well.
After ten years of dancing with the intention of pursuing a professional career, an injury eventually caused me to give up on this dream. Shortly after, in my teenage years, I discovered Yoga. Instantly, it made me reconnect with the floating movements similar in dancing. However, I felt there was more to it. I noticed its great effects on the mind. The Yoga praxis gave me (now and then) a feeling of calmness and community, while filling up my energy level simultaneously.
Just recently I got the chance to finally do my Vinyasa teacher training in Guatemala at the beginning of 2022.
Now I feel very happy to be able to continue learning and progressing and to share the wisdom that was taught to me with others.
