Yoga is a process of self-discovery. It is a way to learn about the layers that we all have and how to shed the ones that are not serving us so we can dig deeper in and nurture the ones that are important. It’s about authenticity and being perseverant.
Yin yoga is so useful nowadays to anybody as complementary to any other yoga style. It nourishes what we leave in the dark, the yin side that is often forgotten: doing less, being more. The fascia of our body that needs more passivity in being stressed rather than fast movement. In Yin we learn to slow down so we can feel more, we learn to observe our patterns as we hold the poses. I like to bring in my yin classes, also somatic movement and breathing exercises.
I am passionate about Ayurveda, philosophy, I travel from time to time back to India to nourish my practice and experience. I teach private and collective Yoga classes, and I specialised in Ayurveda for women’s health, fow which I offer workshops as well.
So grateful for this long learning journey
