Born in Germany yet growing up and living in Spain, Japan, Mexico, and Canada influenced Sarah and early on opened her eyes to a wide variety of cultures and people.
Sport has always been one of Sarah’s great passions. And that’s how she first encountered yoga. She quickly realized that yoga wasn’t another sport she tried but rather a new perspective and approach of living she invited into her life.
The desire to delve deeper into the world of yoga, explore and get in touch with her spiritual side led her to complete her 200h Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher training at the renowned yoga school YogaWorks in Santa Monica in January 2019.
Her personal and professional life has constantly been fueled by her openness and infinite curiosity in exploring and learning more about herself and other human beings.
In addition to her main job as a certified transformation and systemic coach and management consultant, Sarah has been passionate about teaching yoga ever since.
In her yoga classes as well as in coaching and consulting, her philosophy is rooted in a holistic approach and the belief that we are all whole, complete, and resourceful and by releasing our own resourcefulness we inspire others to liberate their potential as well.
She invites her students to practice in a playful way and to become aware of their bodies and their thoughts and most importantly to never take themselves too seriously.
Sarah is looking forward to meeting you on your mat.
