Ashtanga is the traditional style of yoga to which every modern Vinyasa Yoga class can be traced. 

Traditionally Ashtanga is practiced as a self-practice in Mysore style. Once a week you meet and practice together in a guided (led) class.

As a fun and modern way to learn this style, we offer our very popular Ashtanga Open classes – open meaning “open to all”.

 We have found that practicing together is very inspiring for one another and beginners are able to progress much faster. 

Together, we practice roughly 80% of the “primary series,” which consists of 41 positions, and add an extensive backbend and inversions sequence.

Through these intensive classes, you can expect to make fast progress with your strength and flexibility.
