Susanne’s style combines insights from the multitude of her collective skillset with the slow, meditative form of yin yoga.
“To me, Yin Yoga is a conscious choice. It’s a journey into your inner world – and while you may be still on the outside – the sensual stories unfolding inside of you are beautifully rich and nurturing.
Yin Yoga invites us to just be: it’s offers us a tangible sense of what it means to simply be in the moment. It’s the completing practice to yang qualities, together they cultivate the opportunity for a balanced life.
We release tension & blockages to increase the flow of energy throughout body and mind, to make space inside and to explore deeper layers. What a wonderful gift to indulge in!”
