Kate Robinson

After many years of personal practice and development Kate
decided to pursue her dreams of becoming a yoga teacher
and has since travelled to India twice to complete
several teacher trainings with highly respected teachers.
She now has over 500 hours of training in Meditation, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.

With an original degree and career in medical diagnostic
Imaging, Kate has an extensive knowledge of human
anatomy and teaches a strong Ashtanga inspired flow
with a primary focuses on alignment,
conscious movement and deep breathing
giving students the ability to get to know their
bodies in each asana and develop their personal practice.
She believes that yoga should be accessible to all
and that through movement of our bodies
we can bridge the gap between our bodies and our true inner selves.
Originally from Australia her classes are given in English.
