Join us for a unique ecstatic dance experience with live music, cacao, and an open jam to close the evening. No dance experience needed — just come as you are.

Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to move freely and follow the music in your own way. You can let go of the day, tune into your body, and discover what wants to move through you — without choreography, performance, or pressure. It’s a chance to feel both grounded in yourself and connected to the people around you, each in your own way.

🎧 Ram Chama will guide the dance journey with organic beats, tribal grooves, indie music, and a few surprises. Yami will join with live drumming during the dance.

🧜🏻‍♀️ Before we dance, Sib will guide a playful, gentle warm-up to help you meet the people you’ll be sharing the dance floor with, feel grounded and present, and connect with your own boundaries.

Through simple exercises, we’ll explore connection, touch, boundaries, and consent in a safe and respectful space. All touch is non-sexual and optional. You can try out situations that might arise on the dance floor and notice what feels right for you.

We’ll close with sound healing 🎶 and an open jam, just like at our outdoor events — a gentle way to wind down, connect, or simply relax.
