Ecstatic Dance – Cacao, Kundalini, Breath & Voice
10.10. 2026 18:30 – 22:00
A 3-hour embodied journey of cacao, breath, voice, energy and free movement. No choreography – just presence, music and space to feel fully
You’re invited into an evening of cacao, breath, Kundalini, voice and free movement – a space to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, your energy and your aliveness.
We begin together.
A warm cup of cacao.
A moment to arrive.
To breathe.
To meet each other.
To feel the body and connect with what is already moving within us.
Through Kundalini, breath, meditation and voice, we move out of the thinking mind and create space to feel, express and listen to the body.
And from there, we dance. 🌊
There is no choreography.
No performance.
No right or wrong way to move.
Move wildly.
Move softly.
Close your eyes.
Meet someone.
Dance alone.
Dance together.
Lie down.
Breathe.
Everything is an invitation.
The music moves in waves — from spacious and grounding into playful, powerful and expansive — before slowly bringing us back towards stillness.
We close together, allowing the body to rest, receive and integrate before stepping back into the night.
Coming by yourself? Beautiful. Many people do.
This is a space to connect with yourself while sharing the experience with others. There is no need to socialize, perform or dance with anyone. You can follow your own rhythm and meet connection when it naturally arises.
Come as you are.
