The meditative practice of Yin aims to target specific organs such as the liver, the stomach and the gallbladder for optimal health and unlock the free flow of vitality in your vessel. This special class is all about releasing tensions, blockages, stagnant energies in the body and the mind with the help of passive, long-held stretches and different instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Koshi Chimes and the Gong.
