Yoga is life and life is yoga. This I understood the moment I began practicing back in 2017. I found in the mat a way to meet my whole being, to ground and to expand at the same time. Along my yoga journey, I have tried and I honor many different traditions and styles, always as a student. It wasn’t until I found Yin that I felt a calling to share this practice with others through teaching.
I’m a yoga teacher, an artist, an astrologer and somatic guide. I am dedicated to the path of embodied curiosity. For this body of ours is an extraordinary alchemical vessel, filled with so much magic and meaning. My practice is rooted in Tantra, a path that embraces the body as a vehicle for awakening and transformation. This approach has been radical medicine in my own journey, learning to trust the intelligence of the body as a potent source of power and creativity. Along the way, I have woven together into my Yoga teachings different ancient and modern tools, working with sound, somatics and meditation. I create spaces that invite people to descend within, with the breath as a guide, and to discover what is waiting to be felt, known and remembered.
For me, this is the heart of Yoga: cultivating the capacity to be deeply embodied, curious and present, and bringing what we discover within us back into our day to day life.
