Yin Yoga + Tuning Forks
Yin yoga is a pathway into elemental wisdom and the meridian energy system of the body. This inner exploration cultivates awareness of the body’s various layers, as poses are held and supported for extended periods of time to journey deep and down regulate. This session explores deep listening as a somatic practice. It’s an invitation to anchor in the present moment and sink into the sanctuary of the body; facilitating a sacred time of rest and reconnection.
By introducing weighted tuning forks into our practice as precise tools for inner recalibration and relaxation, we can call our awareness back into the body, channeling it through the physical muscles and fascia, to venture into more intangible realms of resonance, harmony, breath and energy.
